More than 30 years in the field of IT with Division/Department/Project management experience.
Systems analysis and programming experience in COBOL, INFORMIX-4gl, POWERHOUSE-4gl,
SPEEDWARE-4gl, NEAT-3, FORTRAN and ASSEMBLER languages. Used also MS word, MS
project, Powerpoint and Excel. I’m using RUP (Rational Unified Process) and best practices from

Worked as Project manager tasked to lead the QA testing and implementation of the CIS
(Comprehensive Life Insurance system) and to manage the system development for the new
HMO system (CUSTOMERCARE, CLAIMS, BILLBACK, CASH MANAGEMENT modules).
HMO system was implemented last March 5,2007. Headed also the clearing of errors and QA
testing of the MASS MARKETING system.

I’ve worked as AVP/Division Head for IT operations and was given the task to put directions to

the IT Division. The software development department worked on a number of projects which
definitely enhanced the current pre-need systems plus the fact that we’ve also developed the Web
Branch Cashiering system for the Data center department. Have implemented new system
development methodology (Based on Rational Unified Process) and documentation standards.
Introduced the “expert-by-module” method in handling the program bugs. 100% of the pre
defined bugs have already been corrected. In the infrastructure department, was able to reduce
server usage from 8 to 3 servers.

system and also Life insurance system using ORACLE and JAVA. I’ve worked as Project
Manager and given the task to manage the COCOLIFE, PACIFIC PLANS, FIRSTLIFE and
PIONEER LIFE projects.
After only 4 weeks, the chairman (Mr. Larry Ocampo) asked me to transfer to PetPlans Inc to
head its IT division. Mr. Larry Ocampo is also the president of Petplans Incorporated.

FCI is a French company engaged in the manufacture of computer, Automotive and industrial
connectors.
I’ve worked as Project Manager/User support team leader/Analyst tasked to maintain all
company systems and design /develop the new BARCODING system. System was
completed/implemented August 1999. System runs in the HP3000 environment using
POWERHOUSE-4gl, FOXPRO and COBOL languages. FOXPRO programs were developed by
a software house to translate data from scanner to screen display. I was also tasked to head the
USER SUPPORT team that works on the problems, system requests/enhancements by users
and the PROJECT MANAGEMENT group.

September 2001, ABV asked me to work again with the company as project manager to maintain
all the systems operational within the company. Mentioned systems were developed using
INFORMIX-4gl and COBOL
programs under UNIX operating system (HP3000 and HP9000).
