My name is Guy DeFilippo and I am the Team Lead for the New
England area in the United States at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and my
job is to make sure our commitment to our customers are made in
accordance to their service contract they purchased for their equipment.
Reynaldo Mata is my counterpart in Costa Rica who is in charge of the
dispatching team that gets those service calls out to our field engineers. Rey
and I have been working together for a few years and we developed quite a
partnership. At time we may experience some break in the process and if
that happens I often reach out to Rey to see if we can resolve our issue in a
timely manner and improve the process so it doesn’t happen again. Rey is
quite an asset to their team, he is constantly working with his group to
improve support delivery and he communicates with us in the most
professional and timely manner to report his finding if issues are presented
to him. I have work with others but no one come close to his commitment
to his job, his understanding what needs to be done. It has been my
pleasure to work with Rey and build a partnership which ended up in
