1. Mentee fills in the Google Form.
2. Set a 30-minute video call (maybe follow-up chats/email) to reconnoitre constraints, priorities, and demands.
3. Finalize the focus area, cadence, payment process, and timeline of the mentorship journey.
4. Create a shared Google Drive space that includes a personalized "Fly Mentorship ReadMe" document outlining
the next steps, tasks, and additional reference materials
NOTE: ID being a very hands-on subject, the sessions include a lot of challenging assignments (guided) to be worked
upon by the mentee. So please only join the Mentorship Journey if you are prepared for hard work.
3. Ongoing sessions designed around the
focus area to ensure that the learning
lasts.
1. Our Mentorship Journey happens in blocks of two weeks with two video meeting cycles each week
2. During the first meeting, work on the initial steps around the focus area, e.g., learn how to create an ID high-
level design document or a mobile learning course
3. All your tasks and deliverables are uploaded into the Shared Google Drive. The review and feedback is provided
within the shared drive itself. Your queries can be resolved over comments.
4. In our next meeting, we finalize the outputs. If required we continue with another cycle of mentorship journey.

1. Our Mentorship Journey doesn’t abruptly end. We decide the next steps and If required, start another two-
week mentorship journey
2. Continue to stay in touch through emails/WhatsApp/LinkedIn. Share any new learning opportunities or provide
continued support, such as settling into a new role or job or preparing for an interview for a successful
placement. After all it’s a lifelong connection and we “FLY” together!
