demonstration of how to fix native dishes from three different countries by cooks who came from there.
Some of the dishes will include Korean chives pancakes,Kenyan fried sweet dumplings, Haitian fried
plantains, and more. The best food trucks in Philly will fill Main St. Splurge will stand out because of its
2. diverse and interactive menu. It offers the opportunity not only to taste authentic ethnic food but also
learn as they’re being prepared.
Splurge is a local restaurant at 5708 Main St Philadelphia, PA 19127 that hires ordinary men and
women who immigrated from other countries to the United States to share dishes that are
specifically native to where they come from.
