first album, which was self-titled, was released in the United States in January of 1969, and peaked at

were touring in the United States in January.
Led Zeppelin is a band that exemplifies which it means to be a band that is
dedicated to making music. Within the first year of them being a band,
they released a second album titled Led Zeppelin II, and also completed a
total of four tours in the United States and the UK.
This must’ve taken an incredible amount of mental and emotional
stamina. Going on tour for that long can really be taxing on an individual,
and especially a band.
Led Zeppelin is known for their blues rock musical style, which really came
out on their second album. Many count Led Zeppelin has really making a name for the genre of heavy
metal in general.

Led Zeppelin liked people to listen to their albums from
start to finish, and saw them as things that couldn’t be
divided up into singles. But the culture of the time
wanted to divide up the albums because singles made
for more easy listening.
And more easy listening made for more money. Led
Zeppelin also did not like to do live TV performances.
Instead they encouraged people to come see them perform at their live shows. Overall, Led Zeppelin
wanted to be loved and appreciated for their music and not any other reason.
They wanted people to see their craft and how hard they had worked to create what they had created.
