This document proposes an app that allows users to take a picture with their camera or select one from their gallery, identifies the location in the image using image recognition, retrieves information about that location from Wikipedia, and displays it for the user. The minimum viable product roadmap includes developing core functions for image recognition, information gathering from Wikipedia, and displaying results to users by March 31. System design and user testing would continue through April and May.
