private ("hard money") lenders to developers ("flippers") for the purchase,
rehabilitation, or construction of residential and multifamily real estate.

You make one investment. We build you a diversified portfolio of real estate

1 Account Setup
Connect your bank account and
verify your accreditation. Fund your
account and within a few days we
will receive your capital and start to
put it to work.
4 Reinvesting
If you have auto-reinvest enabled, as
any loans repay or earnings are paid
out, AlphaFlow puts those funds
back to work for you automatically in
the current open investment pool.
2 Allocation
We put your money to work quickly by
getting you allocated to a few notes before
continuing to build your portfolio. Typically
the initial allocation period is a few days.
3 Rebalancing
As we invest in additional loans around the
country, we rebalance your investment
across the entire open mortgage pool.
Once we hit an attractive diversification
level, every 30-45 days, we close that
investment pool and open another.

What is the investment minimum?
Our minimum account size is $100,000 per investment entity. All investors must be accredited.
Do you accept SD-IRAs?
You can invest with your SD-IRA. Ask us about it when you sign up. We will be happy to assist with
the process.
Why loan pools and not a fund?
Discrete pools allow investors (1) to invest based on current market rates and conditions, which
may fluctuate over time, and (2) have transparency into their investment’s duration without
danger of a fund freezing redemptions.
What tax document do I receive and how many?
We issue a single K-1 each year for all of your investments made throughout that year with TITAN.
Whether you only invest once or add funds multiple times, it’s a total of only one K-1 per year per
investment entity.
How often do I receive distributions?
Interest payments and returns of principal are deposited into your AlphaFlow account 1 to 2 times
per month.

It’s that simple. 1 Account Setup Connect your bank account and verify your accreditation. Fund your account and within a few days we will receive your capital and start to put it to work. 4 Reinvesting If you have auto-reinvest enabled, as any loans repay or earnings are paid out, AlphaFlow puts those funds back to work for you automatically in the current open investment pool. 2 Allocation We put your money to work quickly by getting you allocated to a few notes before continuing to build your portfolio. Typically the initial allocation period is a few days. 3 Rebalancing As we invest in additional loans around the country, we rebalance your investment across the entire open mortgage pool.   • 18. 18 Frequently Asked Questions What is the investment minimum? Our minimum account size is $100,000 per investment entity. All investors must be accredited. Do you accept SD-IRAs? You can invest with your SD-IRA. Ask us about it when you sign up. We will be happy to assist with the process. Why loan pools and not a fund? Discrete pools allow investors (1) to invest based on current market rates and conditions, which may fluctuate over time, and (2) have transparency into their investment’s duration without danger of a fund freezing redemptions. What tax document do I receive and how many? We issue a single K-1 each year for all of your investments made throughout that year with TITAN. Whether you only invest once or add funds multiple times, it’s a total of only one K-1 per year per investment entity. How often do I receive distributions? Interest payments and returns of principal are deposited into your AlphaFlow account 1 to 2 times per month.
