Duties and Responsibilities
 Construction Companies
• Studying project original contract drawings in coordination with
PM, PCM, Coordinators.
• Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors
And suppliers for coordination purposes.
• Prepare shop-drawings in accordance with the schedule of submittals as
directed by the Project Coordinator
• Establishing drawings for temporary works to allow proper execution
of site works as and when requested.
• Establishes detailed sketches as requested.
• Incorporating Consultant/PM/PCM requirements in a drawing for
Onward submission, etc.
• Set the plot limits on AutoCAD according to the points handed over
by Municipality and approved by the client/consultant including all grid
Lines in coordination with surveyors. This setting shall be used to establish all
subsequent drawings/sketches/details up to the end of the project,
Including the as built drawings.
• Follows up the program of as built drawings issues as per the
submission schedule
• Establishing an agreed system for recording the status of all drawings
with Project
• Updating drawings as per client’s/consultant’s issued and agreed
change notices/Variation Orders as instructed by the Project Coordinator
• Visiting the site and coordinating with PCM/PE/SE and surveyors to
