*JOB DESCRIPTION:
 Provide accurate, current, and comprehensive care of patient and associate
observation.
 Maintains confidentiality of all patients care, treatment and medical records.
 Assume responsibility of contact and charge nurse assigns.
 Maintainsinterpersonal relationshipsinprofessional manner with all members
of the health team.
 Performs other suites assigned by charge, assigns nurse.
 Assists individual client’s need for emergency nursing care by checking on
history, physical examination and clinical manifestation.
