1. Dear Team Xavient,
As we usher into an exciting New Year, we wanted to take this opportunity to
thank each one of you for the accomplishments, hard work and tireless efforts
thru 2014.
2014 proved to be one of the most challenging years in Xavient’s young history.
From entering into new domains to consolidating & strengthening our core
businesses, it most definitely tested us in many ways. With that said, your
commitment to excellence has led to many amazing achievements which, in
turn, set the stage for a super exciting 2015.
Let’s reflect on some of our achievements of 2014:
We continue to be a force in the Telecommunications’ sector. With wins at Cox
Cable, Neustar and Cricket/ATT wireless the Xavient brand has become
synonymous with ‘the experts in the communications space’.
At Dish we showed that while wholesale changes in management were being
made, including a new CIO coming in, our strong relationships, stellar services
and conscientious value addition made our partnership even stronger. All this
hard work translated into a new three year contract further strengthening this
partnership. Xavient was also given the opportunity to service the ‘OTT’ business
that Dish is launching- Dish Digital. It may get a new name soon but as we closely
track the Communications space, the OTT play would define the shape of the
industry in the immediate future. Our technology partnership in defining the
offerings in this market space would hold us in great stead in the pay TV vertical.
We also saw break-out years at Charter Communications and Comcast by being
awarded new long term contracts for development and TQA. With the pending
acquisition of Time Warner cable, both these clients see Xavient as a key
strategic partner for 2015 integration services.
With countless win after win by the delivery team matched with the super
confident sales and support teams, there was no surprise why Xavient continues
to be the leading IT service provider to the Communications sector.
In 2014, Xavient successfully entered into the Banking and Financial sector.
Although it was a tough battle to get a foothold, we prevailed and
managed to bag wins at two large banks giving us a solid base to add
to in 2015. This would not have been possible without each of you
putting in the extra effort and refusing to give up! Entering a new sector
with zero experience is something which all of us should be very proud of.

On the home front, we also had many major accomplishments. We managed to
roll out a new, efficient SAP ERP system. This system will surely help with our ability
to scale without chaos as we service a great demand pipeline in 2015 and after.
Our internal communication/collaboration tool, Hallwaze, has gained
tremendous momentum internally while enabling us better to service our
customers’ growing demands.
Excellence in Customer Support & Alignment stood out, expectably, as Xavient’s
top priorities and key differentiator in 2014. We continued to increase our
footprint across the United States to ensure that. We have seen major team
growth, in terms of numbers, in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver and Virginia, truly
increasing our bandwidth and ability to cater to our customers properly. Similarly,
with fresh processes, ‘out of box’ thinking and improved abilities to scale, we saw
the operation in Noida truly become world class delivery centers. The maturity of
our India operations forms the cornerstone of our growth and service ramp up
capability. Our quality is second to none and we give some of the Big Boys a run
for their money with the competencies we’ve built.
On the Human resource front we rolled out our successful Reward and
Recognition programs. These programs were some of the steps Xavient took
towards making our global work environment more attractive, fun and energetic
for our teams.
The credit for all these accomplishments in 2014 goes to each individual team
member working non-stop and passionately. We thank you for your unflinching
efforts and contributions and look forward to the same passion, energy and
insatiable quest for excellence as we embark upon a high growth phase in 2015.
Happy Holidays
Rajeev & Saif
