• Managed the social media for Anime Expo - a yearly event in Los Angeles that has over 300,000 peo-
ple in attendance over four days, and a $64 million impact on the city

Public Relations Campaign Manager- Partnership with Chapman University
• Created a Public Relations campaign booklet for the staff at Newport Theater arts center de-
signed to increase attendance to shows.
• Includes but not limited to press kit, rebranding strategy, plans for special event, sample arti-

• Led team of four individuals in the creation of this booklet

!Student Film- For Old Time’s Sake, February 2016- May 2016
Head of Entertainment Marketing- Partnership with Chapman University Digital Arts Majors
• Collaborated with production team of the film to create a unique marketing plan
• Created of promotion materials for student film

• Created of B2B plan for release of the film: Target distributors, areas for research, pre-screen-
ing strategy
• Created film festival strategy: Target film festivals, festival marketing strategy, etc.
• Created Consumer strategy: Identified competition, planned release date, market research, me-
dia plan, sample pitches, etc.

Assistant Division Manager of Interactive Events, December 2015-Present
• Helped to coordinate 3 sponsored parties and events inside of our lounge space
• Budgeted and managed 8 different departments consisting of roughly 210 volunteers
• Assisted in the creation of a brand new interactive space called Night Cafe which sold 90% of
its tickets during its first year.
• Coordinated with Marketing on how Interactive Events were to be promoted on social media
• Wrote copy for all Interactive Event pages on Anime Expo website
• Collaborated with representatives from PR firm, “Blaze”, on what should and should not be
included in press releases as well as press promotion of Interactive Events

• Assisted 5 different department heads as well as the division manager in day to day activities
and planning for future events
• Rewrote all of the copy for the entire Anime Expo website which gets 2.3 million views, high-
