Programs and Practices) to ensure consistent
manifestations of your Agency’s Core Values and the
public service values.
2. Deadline of Submission is on JULY 22, 3:00 in the
afternoon via email.
3. Assign one representative to send your Group Output.

• ONE WORD FILE ONLY PER AGENCY ONLY. Assign one
representative to send the OUTPUTS in one file only. Write
your Agency Name on Top of your paper and as its FILE
NAME.
• COLLABORATIVE EFFORTS of all Team Members. You
must discuss and agree as one.
• Make sure to SUBMIT ON TIME because the assigned
• CO-FACILITATOR will check your outputs and give you
feedback.
• AGAIN, your ATTENDANCE and submission of all
