 Don’t skip your breakfast.

 Exercise regularly ( Walking or Yoga), walking – do at least for 150
minutes a week.
 Consume home food instead of outside food.
 Eat fruits instead of candy bars.
 Do surya namaskar daily for 15 minutes.
