Agenda
The agenda behind this presentation is to introduce everyone
to our NGO. We have actively been working in the social and
economic welfare sector majorly for women. In this
presentation we will discuss our upcoming project and how it
is helpful in reforming the society. We also aspire to recruit
new people who will help us in completing our upcoming
project.

organisation and upcoming activities.
Upcoming Project.
ā— Educating the people residing in the rural areas about secure and health hygiene.
ā— Realising the importance of staying clean and healthy.
ā— A lot of people especially in the rural areas who are far away from this important part
of life.
ā— Educate such people in order to prevent not just covid-19 but also other hazardous
diseases which might attack them if they don't stay clean and lead a hygienic life.
Recruitment Announcement.
ā— Open to recruitment of new volunteers.
ā— Allotment of groups that will be required to visit different parts of the area as a door
to door educator and inform the underprivileged about the program.
ā— Five groups of 10 people each will be given five different areas located on the
outskirts of the city where the reach of internet and electricity is limited.

Objectives of the Projects.
ā— Improve behaviour through useful practices connected to personal, water, food,
domestic and public hygiene (Satish Kumar, n.d.).
ā— To safely manage environmental factors.
ā— Good hygiene will help in preventing the spread of germs to other people and prevent
illness.

ā— Educating how good personal hygiene can help in keeping the body healthy and lead a
germ free life (Andriani and Nadjib, 2018).
ā— Educating about keeping the workplace and house clean.
Rationale
ā— Educating people about the benefits of safe hygiene.
ā— Bad or ill treated surrounding is one of the main reason of the
spread of hazardous diseases among the common population.
ā— The primary focus of this project is to educate people, whether
they are small children or elderly men and women, about
maintaining cleanliness and hygiene around the area they live and
work to prevent any sort of bad health condition.
Importance Of the project.
ā— Open to innumerable hazardous diseases which can be caused by different types of means.
ā— Reasons to the lack of consideration when it comes to cleanliness, like, lack of money, no
reach to government, lack of authority and power, etc (Alshammari, et al., 2018).
ā— Project is important because it will educate the people as to how they should lead a healthy
life and what steps they need to follow in order to prevent themselves and their families and
their near ones some life-threatening diseases.
ā— Help them in understanding the basic hygiene lessons and allow them to practice this in
their day-to-day lives.
Impact On local communities.
ā— Main target are the local communities and unprivileged people.
ā— It will help them in improving their standard of living and also educate them
about basic standard of living.
ā— Make them aware about how diseases spread ill treatment of surrounding and
ignoring the basic hygienic and cleanliness lessons.
ā— Teach themselves as well as their future generations as to how how we can
prevent themselves from catching hazardous and life threatening diseases by
following simple steps of cleanliness.
Expectations and
responsibilities from volunteers.
ā— Very particular and educated so that they can convey the message effectively to the
target audience.
ā— It is important for them to understand that the people they are targeting are a bunch of
unaware individuals (Nurudeen and Toyin, 2020).
ā— They are expected to understand the other party's point of view and answer their
queries in a simple language which is understandable by the target audience.
ā— They are expected to stay calm in this situation of resistance from the target audience.
ā— The volunteers would be responsible for both the good and the bad results.
ā— They are expected to perform their job effectively (Shrestha, Manandhar and Joshi,
2018).
Destination of the project
ā— The destination of the program will be mainly the outskirts of the city and
people living in the older parts of the city.
ā— This would be a 1 month long program in which the volunteers would be
required to stay in the same area and note down what they have evaluated
from the living standards of people and the surrounding.
ā— The program will commence in the early morning and conclude by 5 p.m.
in the evening.
Conclusion
ā— Our organisation works naturally in the social and economic welfare of
underprivileged women and children.
ā— Launching a new program and for which they are open to the recruitment of
volunteers.
ā— The volunteers will be divided in groups and will be required to visit the outskirts
of the city and educate the underprivileged people about secure and safe hygiene.
ā— The volunteers will educate the people about how covid-19 has affected the world
and highlighted the topic of cleanliness.

  4. The upcoming project that our organisation is working upon is is educating the people residing in the rural areas about secure and health hygiene. Since the Covid-19 has arrived it made us realise the importance of staying clean and healthy. But still there are a lot of people especially in the rural areas who are far away from this important part of life. The organisation wishes to educate such people in order to prevent not just covid-19 but also other hazardous diseases which might attack them if they don't stay clean and lead a hygienic life.
  5. For the upcoming project the organisation is now open to recruitment of new volunteers. The organisation will be allotting groups that will be required to visit different parts of the area as a door to door educator and inform the underprivileged about the program. Five groups of 10 people each will be given five different areas located on the outskirts of the city where the reach of internet and electricity is limited. They will be provided with all the material that would be used in carrying out the project effectively.
  6. The volunteers that would be appointed for the project would be selected only if they are acquired with the following qualities. The people applying for the post should be above the age of 18. They should be good at public speaking. They should have complete knowledge of Human Resource Management. They should be able to convey the message behind the project to the target audience and convince them to take part in the program. They should be able to generate effective results in the form of public appreciation and target achievement.
  7. The primary objective of the project is to improve behaviour through useful practices connected to personal water, food, domestic and public hygiene and to safely manage environmental factors. Good hygiene will help in preventing the spread of germs to other people and prevent illness. We also try creating awareness about covid-19 and other such viruses and diseases. The project will also try educating how good personal hygiene can help in keeping the body healthy and lead a germ free life. The project will also try educating people about keeping the workplace and house clean.
  8. The rationale behind this program is mainly educating people about the benefits of safe hygiene. It is very important for the underprivileged and the rural sector residents to understand how bad hygiene and polluted surrounding is leading them to the path of catching various life threatening diseases. According to studies, more than half of the population still does not follow proper cleanliness. Bad or ill treated surrounding is one of the main reason of the spread of hazardous diseases among the common population. The primary focus of this project is to educate people, whether they are small children or elderly men and women, about maintaining cleanliness and hygiene around the area they live and work to prevent any sort of bad health condition.
  9. When we look at the state of underprivileged and uneducated people, especially the women and young children, we can see how widely they are open to innumerable hazardous diseases which can be caused by different types of means. There can be a lot of reasons to the lack of consideration when it comes to cleanliness, like, lack of money, no reach to government, lack of authority and power, etc. All these factors play a significant part. This project is important because it will educate the people as to how they should lead a healthy life and what steps they need to follow in order to prevent themselves and their families and their near ones some life-threatening diseases. It will help them in understanding the basic hygiene lessons and allow them to practice this in their day-to-day lives.
  10. The main target of this program are the local communities and unprivileged people residing mainly in the outskirts of the city in the older parts of the city. The success of this program will have a huge impact on the local communities because it will help them in improving their standard of living and also educate them about basic standard of living. This program will make them aware about how diseases spread ill treatment of surrounding and ignoring the basic hygienic and cleanliness lessons. It will allow them to teach themselves as well as their future generations as to how how we can prevent themselves from catching hazardous and life threatening diseases by following simple steps of cleanliness.
  11. The volunteers that would be appointed for this project have to be very particular and educated so that they can convey the message effectively to the target audience. It is important for them to understand that the people they are targeting are a bunch of unaware individuals who have no access to internet or technology to understand how important it is to maintain hygiene especially when the world is stuck with the covid-19 pandemic. They are expected to understand the other party's point of view and answer their queries in a simple language which is understandable by the target audience. They are also required to follow basic human etiquettes when it comes to interaction with unknowns. They are expected to stay calm in this situation of resistance from the target audience. The volunteers would be responsible for both the good and the bad results. They are expected to perform their job effectively.
  12. The destination of the program will be mainly the outskirts of the city and people living in the older parts of the city. This would be a 1 month long program in which the volunteers would be required to stay in the same area and note down what they have evaluated from the living standards of people and the surrounding. The program will commence in the early morning and conclude by 5 p.m. in the evening.
  13. From the above presentation we can conclude that our organisation works naturally in the social and economic welfare of underprivileged women and children. The organisation is launching a new program and for which they are open to the recruitment of volunteers. The volunteers will be divided in groups and will be required to visit the outskirts of the city and educate the underprivileged people about secure and safe hygiene. The volunteers will educate the people about how covid-19 has affected the world and highlighted the topic of cleanliness. The success of this program will ensure that there is safe and hygienic surrounding along the people and there are less chances of the spread of germs and diseases.
