• India Payroll: Lead and managed the entire end to end migration of India Payroll from Legacy system to
Hewit for 18,000 pay checks
• Malaysia Payroll: Lead and managed the entire end to end migration of Malayasia Payroll from Legacy
system to ADP for 8000 pay checks.
• Japan Payroll : Now managing the Japan Migration to new vendor ADP
• Single Sign on Project: Identified the risk of accessing some of the URL via public Internet and escalated
the same to Stake holders, Worked towards an amicable solution along with Technology and Vendor to
mitigate the risk.
• Target Bonus Accrual – Played a vital role in the implementation of Bonus Accrual via Payroll for few
Major countries, instead of Manual entries being passed.
• Key Instrumental for Peoplesoft 9.2 version change
Process Improvements
• Recovery Process: Identified the gaps in the recovery process and worked with Service delivery and
streamlined the process. This has resulted 85% recovery as against 60% last year.
• Accounting – New Hire and Exit Benefits – Lead and Managed the implementation of Uniformity in
maintain the accounting for new hire and exit related cost as per the suggestion from Group Finance
team.
• BCP: Represented Payroll team as a BCP SPOC and identified few of the key software which required for
payroll processing being not available in the BCP location. Worked with Technology / Vendors to
implement the same.
Yearend Specific
• Upfront Shares – First time in HRSSC, managed upfront shares project (Tax Reporting, Remittance,
Payment, Accrual and Accounting) with a very minimal support from Payroll Program Manager. This was
well appreciated.
• P3 Process: Lead P3 process as SPOC from payroll for all SCB countries. Contributed fresh thought of
calculating the tax on Split Bonus in house rather an external vendor. Achieved almost USD 185K dollar
saving and alsolearned the Global Taxation to a greater detail.
