2. What is SAP
 SAP “System Application & Products” is the world's largest
inter-enterprise software company and the world's fourth-
largest independent software supplier.
 It creates a common centralised database for all the
applications running in an organization
 The application has been assembled in such a versatile way
that it handles the entire functional department within an
organisation
 Even major companies, in current picture, including Microsoft
and IBM are using SAP's Products to run their own
businesses.
 SAP products are generally focused on Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP).

3. What is SAP HR
 SAP HR (Human Resource management) also known as
“Human Capital Management” (HCM) and it is an
important module in ERP SAP systems that supports all
the process of human resource management in the
enterprise. SAP HR records the data from the hiring an
employee to its final termination in organization.
