An international non-governmental not-for-profit organization thatprovides young people with leadership
development and cross-cultural global internship.
Key role – Worked for seven weeks as an exchange participant underAIESEC. Lead conversation/discussion
clubs to make high school students aware about the various cultural and social issues through presentations.
Impact – This project helped the high school students to develop self confidence, self awareness,
communication and team working skills. It also helped me to improve my leadership, time management and
organizational skills.
Professional Recognition-The work was appreciated by Vice President of AIESEC, Turkey.
Industrial Training, DELHI METRO RAIL CORPORATION LTD. (December 2015 – January 2016)
Largest Metro Rail Corporation in India
Key role – As a part of the four week winter training, I studied the functioning of train maintenance depot
covering the four key departments of pneumatics, air-conditioning, doors and mechanical.
Professional Recognition- The work was appreciated by senior management of DMRC.
Summer Internship: OYO ROOMS (June 2015 – July 2015)
Largest hotel aggregator in the country.
Key role – Worked as a member of the Operations Team and helped in organizing and developing business
opportunities through Production Sales.
Impact -The data helped in the differential segregation of properties. The project also helped in creation of a
database of all the services and conveniences provided by different hotels.
Professional Recognition- The work was appreciated by the senior management of OYO ROOMS.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Minor Project - Reduction in steering kickback mechanism: Evaluating handling and steering
characteristics of vehicle in a virtual environment with a help of multi-body system packages save
product development time and cost. The aim of this project was to improve the steerability and handling
of the vehicle by avoiding the steering pull and wheel wandering problems.
Major Project - Optimization of Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS): The scope of this research
includes identification of various variables of FMS on which productivity and the performance of the
system depends.
