6. Need of the study
• This survey is being conducted to assist the company in identifying employee
concerns and improving organizational performance with commitment & to
understand the satisfaction level of his/her job.

• RO1 :To measure the level of employee engagement in the organisation.
• RO2 : To assess the relation between employee engagement and organizational
performance

• The study will be descriptive and empirical in nature. It will be cross-sectional in
design. Stratified random sampling is used.
