Second step
We develop a detailed
project proposal including
goals, deliverables, timeline,
fixed pricing and an
introduction to your team.
This is an interactive process
– we work with you to make
sure the engagement is
tailored to your specific
needs.
Fourth step
We provide hard
deliverables for each
component of the project,
with an emphasis on
actionable items for your
firm.
First step
Discovery phase: phone or Skype call to a fit between
your needs and our services. We will also come
prepared with thoughts on how we could add value to
your firm.
Third step
The CCG teams work autonomously, producing work for five hours per week. We can
scale to the project’s demands by drawing from our large group of talented consultants.
We will also update you on our work with regular calls (or visits if possible).

Our Consulting Process 11Adding Value Overview WhoWe Are Adding Value Contact Us Second step We develop a detailed project proposal including goals, deliverables, timeline, fixed pricing and an introduction to your team. This is an interactive process – we work with you to make sure the engagement is tailored to your specific needs. Fourth step We provide hard deliverables for each component of the project, with an emphasis on actionable items for your firm. First step Discovery phase: phone or Skype call to a fit between your needs and our services. We will also come prepared with thoughts on how we could add value to your firm. Third step The CCG teams work autonomously, producing work for five hours per week. We can scale to the project’s demands by drawing from our large group of talented consultants. We will also update you on our work with regular calls (or visits if possible).
