charting, and communicating patient condition and managing overall
nursing care of patient before, during, and after procedure
• Requires familiarity with anesthesia in order to assist throughout induction,
intubation, nerve blocks, and any indicated procedures
• Directly assist operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis,
suturing, maintaining sterility, and wound exposure
• Successfully completed pediatric rotations in otolaryngology, genitourinary,
craniofacial / plastics, general, orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular
surgeries
