Raafat is a Personnel consultant and the founder of Personnel
Integrated Solutions Consultancy (PIS) that offers professional
solutions for many entities and corporations in different lines of
business and many of Human Recourses Management leaders.
His clients include:

Raafat is a Bachelor's degree holder in Laws and he is granted a certified diploma in Human
Resources Management on the other hand, he is a certified trainer at the National Bank of
Egypt (NBE).
Before devoting his work fulltime to PIS, Raafat has participated in one of the United Nation's
development projects throughout three years then has worked as a payroll section head at one of
the biggest investment banks in Cairo where he succeeded in computerizing all the work
process in the human resources sector, meanwhile he worked on developing the business
structure of Blue Nile Co. and establishing a complete human resources system at UPS
telecommunications co.
Throughout his professional experience in Human resources, labor law and the ability of
dealing with several governmental entities, Raafat has developed his own material on (Egyptian
labor law & Social Insurance) that is being taught at Human Capital Group and Real Hands On
Co.
Raafat was the influencer of the first collective work agreement that was signed at Cairo
governorate for 2400 employees at Mffco Helwan factory which was published on the
government gazette.
