UT Alumni claims that York University officials misreported her during the first quarter of the 2004/2005
sessons. She refers to the consolidation papers that were released from the National Student Loans
Service Centre and CIBC Student Loans Service Centre date stamped November 03 2004 and November
29 2009.
The UT grad sues her York Alma mater because she was denied accommodation while still a student at
York University then denied access to course enrolments for 2004/2005 sessions. She has since then
reapplied but was denied discretionary consideration as mature since a public notice was created against
her by York University officials several years ago in 2005/2006.
Rosemary DeCaires filed a law suit involving York University one year ago on November 01 2007 seeking
relief from the Ontario court system because she was denied loan forgiveness and interest relief on her
Canada-Ontario Student Loans over a ten year period establishing her clear commitment to excellence.
She refers to the countless numbers of comrads whom were chosen to attend law school in her time and it
now appears certainly clear that she was disenfranchised due to systemic barriers imposed upon her such
as gender, religion, ethnicity and race.
She was granted admission to York University in 2000 under a discretionary (access) category but later on
in 2004 she was reconsidered under a combination of access and special circumstance claims. She has
been granted absolutely no consideration since 2004 and in some cases her applications were literally
“cancelled” or not considered at all.
The UT grad now seeks relief from the court due to major obstacles with finding a meaningful career in her
chosen field as well as most recent challenges by a few non-for-profit organizations such as ACE Advocacy
Centre for the Elderly that has gone to great lengths to evict the self represented litigant without
reasonable cause for this action.
Ultimately, she seeks a damage claim of over a million dollars in damages for interest acruing on her
Canada-Ontario student loans and various damages including diminished life chances and a major loss of
opportunity in her chosen field.
An unemployed UT alumni sues her Alma Mater York. A UT grad is suing her York alma mater for the 1
million it owed her following the completion of some series of internships in 2003 and prolonged and
sustained unemployment since 2004, 2006. She claims corrupt student services discharged her from her
studies at York University in 2004/2005.
