In 2007, a non-profit organisation, named 5th
Pillar, created X as a means for Indians to
register their refusal to participate in bribery.
5th Pillar began the campaigning and first
circulated X in city of Chennai.
X included anti-corruption slogans “Eliminate
corruption at all levels” and “I promise to
neither accept nor give bribe.”In addition to
registering the individual's protest, X provide
corrupt officials with a sign that efforts are
ongoing to fight systemic government
corruption.

story-telling. The word Y is an Arabic word
meaning ‘epic legend’ or a ‘folk tale’, and if

Some of the famous Ys include Heer-Ranjha,

Krishna for protection of cows. The festival was
