Part of bigger group: Redspher, yoctu was
born out of the many IT projects.
Supported by Redspher, Yoctu offers Cloud
Based solutions to develop apps in a more
efficient way. Our wide variety of services
covers the basics needed in most apps.

Yoctu offers 8 services, covering most basic features to limit
the number of companies involved in the process.

12. Yoctu’s products are cloud based. The apps have to be used
from a server. Yoctu will be selling access to its apps by
reselling servers from well known service providers like AWS,
OVH etc.
The clients will be able to select the type of server needed,
and all of Yoctu’s app will be available on it.
This will provide a steady future proof revenue stream: Yoctu
can increase the capacity of the servers to support the
growth of all its clients.

13. The quickest way to develop Yoctu is to cooperate with
application development software companies like consulting
companies. It offers several advantages:
- They will do the business development for Yoctu as it’s
in their advantage to use Yoctu (faster development
time)
- Less customer service as they have proficient teams and
experienced developers who will get accustomed to
Yoctu
- They have a good knowledge of the market and what
features would be needed to remain competitive

A company needs a new software. They ask ask for quotes
from several application development software companies.
The one working with Yoctu is selected as they offer faster
development at a better rate.
They have a strong preference with AWS. Yoctu rents a server
from AWS, installs its management software and rents the
server to the startup with a markup.
The lifetime value of a customer depends on the success of
their app. Yoctu service can grow and evolve with the
customer’s projects.

15. Business Model
Selling cloud servers to customers with all our available
apps on it gives them full control over their development.
They choose the capacity their need, from our advised
provider or another one if they have a favorite.
Direct model: Yoctu is in contact with a company
developing a soft internally. Yoctu rents a server for the
based on their needs. They use the apps installed on it as
they please
Indirect model: Yoctu collaborates with consulting
companies developing softwares for third parties, using
Yoctu. Yoctu doesn’t communicate with the final client.

The website will be the main selling factor,
providing content and extensive
documentation about the products.
Given the nature of the market, partnering
with one software development company
will give access to many potential
customers. Since the market isn’t that big
yet, word of mouth and personal
networking supported by early success will
guarantee a successful start.

Yoctu sells servers with a 50% markup.
Based on current clients, we can estimate that
Yoctu would make on average 100€ margin for
each project.
To reach the break even point, Yoctu would need
250 ongoing projects. Given the fact that software
development companies, Yoctu are in touch with
do on average 70 projects a year.
Yoctu would need to collaborate with 4 of these
companies to reach the break event point.

18. Scalability
Yoctu’s business model is fully scalable: the apps
are already developed. Apart from additional
features from time to time Yoctu could, starting
today, Sell servers for several hundred projects.
There shouldn’t be much customer service as all
technical details are already available on the
website.
