To qualify for any insurance company based compensation you must have a valid
insurance license for the specific type of compensation to be received, such as a
life insurance license to receive life insurance compensation and a P & C license
to receive P & C compensation. You must also have valid, acceptable, and
approved E & O insurance. To receive compensation for direct business you write
as the agent you must be appointed with the Product Provider and licensed in the
state the business is submitted in. To qualify for compensation from any non-licensed products you must be signed up with the Product Provider.

Business Value (BV) Points are earned on production and recruiting. For every $1
of compensation earned, 1 BV point is given. Adjusted Value (AV) means that no
more than 1/3 of your BV can come from any one leg.
