Simple Deviled Eggs
(for after the Easter Egg Hunt!)
6 hard-cookedeggs
2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
1 teaspoon whitesugar
1 teaspoon whitevinegar
1 teaspoon preparedmustard
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon finely choppedcelery
1 pinch ofpaprika
 Slice eggs in half lengthwise and
remove yolks, set whites aside
 Mash yolks with a fork in a small bowl
 Stir in mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar,
mustard, salt, onion and celery, mix well
 Stuff or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg
whites
 Sprinkle with paprika
 Refrigerate until serving

Did You Know?
The Easter Bunny reportedly originated when
German immigrants came to the US with tales
of a rabbit that laid eggs. Their children
made nests in which they could lay their
colored eggs. Overtime the nests became
baskets and chocolate and candy were added
to the gifts left by the rabbit. It seems the
tradition goes back as far as the 1700s.

2. Priyamvad Kelkar “PK”
PK joined our team in April 2015 as Restaurant Supervisor in Finn &
Porter. PK comes to us all the way from India and is passionate about
traveling. He grew up in the city of Pune in western India and though his
family was not wealthy, his parents took every opportunity they could to
travel and expose him to various cultures, inspiring him to continue to
travel as much as possible.
PK’s family remains in India, which he tries to visit at least annually,
although his ideal trip would be to Switzerland. The mountains left such
an impression on him the first time he was there, that he still feels
compelled to return.
Potential growth and learning opportunities fuel PK’s decisions and
choices in life. Though he went to engineering school, he is now in
hospitality, partially because he finds observing people and the intricacies
of human nature to be very interesting. He refers to the move from
engineering to hospitality as “an experience of a lifetime”. He is dedicated
to developing his strengths and working diligently to turn around his
weaknesses in order to succeed in life. He enjoys the challenges he
encounters in hospitality and the opportunities to meet many different
types of people.
A Doberman named “Suzie”, who his family adopted in his childhood,
showed PK how much he loved dogs. He would like to get a dog again
when he is able to. Additionally, he loves soccer, playing the drums,
playing basketball and playing the keyboard.
