Most of the earlier research has been
conducted to evaluate the customer
satisfaction, quality of products and services
rather than ignore the specifications and
concerns of the customers regarding
internet banking.
However, those studies were not able to
cover or measure which must be preferred
to use. That’s why the researcher would
like to propose this particular study to find
out which millennials prefer traditional
banking or digital banking.
