PHONICS CLASS BY Dr. VATSALA IYENGAR AT PSTTI ON 29TH AUGUST 2015
Dr. VATSALA IYENGAR is the Program Coordinator as well as Counsellor in PSTTI. She conducts training programmes for teachers and children with special emphasis on “Phonics”. In addition to conducting training programmes she has developed theme based curriculum on Phonics.
Dr. Vatsala Iyengar teaches Phonics in a very interesting way. Her way of teaching Phonics is really different from others as she uses phonics as an approach to teach English as a whole language. Phonics is for spelling, vocabulary, reading , correct pronunciation and writing too!

  • 2. Dr. VATSALA IYENGAR is the Program Coordinator as well as Counsellor in PSTTI. She conducts training programmes for teachers and children with special emphasis on “Phonics”. In addition to conducting training programmes she has developed theme based curriculum on Phonics.
  • 3. Dr. Vatsala Iyengar teaches Phonics in a very interesting way. Her way of teaching Phonics is really different from others as she uses phonics as an approach to teach English as a whole language. Phonics is for spelling, vocabulary, reading , correct pronunciation and writing too!
