1. ROBOT & ENVIRONMENT
The history of robots has its origins in the ancient world.
The modern concept began to be developed with the onset of
the Industrial Revolution which allowed for the use of complex
mechanics and the subsequent introduction of electricity.
This made it possible to power machines with small compact
motors. In the early 20th century, the modern formulation of a
humanoid machine was developed. Today, it is now possible to
envisage human sized robots with the capacity for near human
thoughts and movement. So now days robot is powerful device
that can be use in required location where man can not do
work easily. But there are several disadvantage found in
2. Real life. The disadvantage of robotics in the home is its high
cost of for both the production and the purchasing.
Robots cost millions of dollars to build and companies are
investing vast amounts of money in the involved research and
programming. Robotics is currently being used in factories
across the world and people have been increasingly losing their
jobs as robots become more efficient and precise than humans
(N/A Author, 2011).
Even now, robots used such as the “Roomba ” and “Scooba”
cost a significant amount of money, and they just do trivial
tasks. And if companies keep investing in this business and it
eventually fails, it could cause catastrophic fall in the stock
market.
Even today, people depend on technology and could not bear to
go a day without it, and this technology is nowhere near as
nifty and advanced as robots. An excellent example of what
could come to be is the Disney film Wall-E (Morris, 2008). In this
film, society is falling apart and the humans are depending on
robots to rebuild it. On a smaller scale, this could start in the
homes across the world. Simple things such as getting up from
the couch to make dinner and cleaning the house keep us active
and moving. If robots complete all of these tasks ,what will
make us move from the couch and stay active? Our dependence
on robots will cause huge changes in society, and most
definitely not for the better human interaction and
development is a must for survival. These is a one face of robots
but another side robots is very useful in a real life . Which can
do any operation with the help of robots .there are several
sectors where robots do works perfectly ,we can say that
advantages of the robots. For example
3. •Robots will take over work, which humans don’t like to do. This
includes most dangerous tasks like working in a mine or disgusting
tasks ( e g. cleaning the toilet ).
•Robots can discover places (e.g. deep sea, space exploration,
deep earth) which are impossible to discover for humans under
normal conditions.
•Robots mostly work in the industry because they are more
efficient, precise and accurate than humans, for example the car
industry. Or they often help humans with their work in the
industry.
This is all fine because this shows the relation between human
and robots but one question arises can we make relation
between robots and environment ? I think yes today's this
concept is necessary and it is possible by human.
We can make various types of robots that can helps to plant
and environment .there are some type of robots made only for
agriculture purpose such as e g .the “agribot” is a robot
deployed for agricultural purposes. The main area of
4. application of robots in agriculture is at the harvesting stage.
Fruit picking robots, driverless tractor / sprayer, and sheep
shearing robots are designed to replace human labor . Robots
can be used for other horticultural tasks such as pruning,
weeding, spraying and monitoring. Robots can also be used in
livestock applications (livestock robotics) such as milking,
washing and castrating. In this way we can make perfect
relationship between robots and environment , if you will so like
this then give one comment. “yes”
