3. Description of the observation Electrical cable is crossing on the walkway at the ground level, one of
the our worker walked the path, he had tripped by cable . But some
how he managed from fall and no harm happened to him.

5. Corrective & Permanent Action Cable should be Properly routed away from the walk way
