The document makes three main points: 1) It urges international troops in northern Nigeria not to withdraw until insurgent, terrorist, and elite sponsor activities end and their training camps and arms smuggling across borders are dismantled. 2) Northern elite sponsors of terrorist groups should be arrested and tried by the International Criminal Court as they are using stolen money to fund private insurgent armies for political gain. 3) All efforts must be made to end the systematic genocide against Southerners in Nigeria as the general election approaches, including using more sophisticated aircraft like surveillance planes and bombers, as terrorist group patrons believe they are above the law.

1. We urge International Community, especially countries that have sent soldiers to Northern part of
Nigeria to end insurgency, not to relent in their efforts. Let US and other foreign troops, not
contemplate withdrawal, until the nefarious activities of: insurgents, terrorists, and elite sponsors, come
to an end. If they withdraw, they will have to come back later, to face another round of adoption of
teenage girls, married women, and other heinous crimes, being committed by wicked and ungodly
terrorists hiding under religion.
Their training camps in neighbouring countries like Niger Republic and Chad, as well as arms smuggling
across the borders, have to be dismantled. Northern elite sponsors of terrorist groups, should be
arrested and tried by International Criminal Court (ICC). They are all murderers and adopters.
These heartless persons are using their ill -gotten wealth; stolen money from the nation’s treasury, to
raise private armies in the guise of insurgents, to pursue their selfish political ambitions. They see the
perpetual ruling and domination of the country, as their birthright. All hands should be on deck, to end
the systematic genocide against Southerners, now that general election is fast approaching. We need
more sophisticated military aircraft like: surveillance planes and B-52 bombers.
Those patrons of terrorist gangs, who think they are ‘sacred cows,’ including some dictators, who are
financing the killing of our people should stop it. Nigeria belongs to all of us. If they continue in their
cruel acts in order to hold the country to ransom, and rule at all costs, their wickedness will find them
out. God Almighty, the creator of the whole universe, will judge them one after another. To rule Nigeria
