The document calls on Nigerian authorities to enact laws banning sponsors of insurgents from holding political office and to prosecute them for murder and other crimes. It argues that many sponsors of violence and insurgency in Nigeria have committed atrocities yet have faced no legal consequences, and are now seeking power again to continue oppressing the people. The document calls on the international community to bring these lawless individuals to justice, like other dictators have been, in order to end Nigeria's era of political assassinations, plane crashes, slavery, and killings sponsored by elite members of society.

1. We task Nigerian Authorities to enact a law, banning sponsors of insurgents from
contesting elections, if they are serious about the continued existence of this country as
one entity. These murderers in disguise, should be rounded up and tried for murder,
and other heinous crimes. If they are too big for the nation to deal with, they should be
handed over to International Criminal Court (ICC) for prosecution.
Quite a number of them are more wicked and callous than Charles Tailor of Liberia,
who has been jailed for more than 50 years by ICC. They are the brain behind: riots,
killing, and recently insurgency in the North, since time immemorial. These
unscrupulous persons, aided and abetted massacres of innocent people, when they
failed in 2011 general elections. Then, human beings mostly Southerners, were cut into
two. Rape, arson, looting of property of slain people, became order of the day. Nigerian
Federal Government, never arrested any of the sponsors; not to talk of trying them in
court. As a result, they feel the laws are not meant for people like them; sacred cow!
Now, they are desperate to ‘recapture’ power by all means; in order to perpetuate their
lordship over the country. We look unto International Community, to bring these lawless
individuals to justice. Let them be dealt with like Charles Tailor, and other dictators. The
truth is that generality of Nigerians, no longer want dictatorial rule under any guise. We
want to put behind us, the era of: of political assassinations, mysterious plane crashes,
internal slavery, and all worth not.
We are warning elite sponsors of killings of our people in : Kano, Adamawa, and other
parts of the North to stop it. If they try it again, they will regret it. Let them not think they
are superior human beings, to those they mow down like animals. If God Almighty can
deal with other wicked persons like Samuel Doe of Liberia, Gadaffy of Libya; whom do
they think they are, to use their stolen wealth to hold people in the country to ransom?
