2.  The museum was founded in 1995.It is a modern
building in the centre of the town.
 It is divided into four rooms.
 In the first floor there are precious objects and rare
pictures and documents which have been given by
the residents of the town.
 In the other rooms there are an exhibit about Thrace
and an exhibit about the traditional clothes of
Saracatsanoi.

the
Democracy
Avenue,335.
There are a
bus station , a
Fun Fair
and a lighthouse
nearby.

5.  The museum organizes actions
about the local history for
students of all ages.
 The museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday
from 10:30 – 14:30. It is close every Monday and
Sunday.
 The admission is 2 euros and 1 euro for students
and soldiers.
