2. So you decided to play a Warlock in World of
Warcraft, and that’s great because they’re truly a
lot of fun to play. Warlocks in World of Warcraft
are magic casters that specialize in dark or to be
more specific shadow magic’s.
As a Warlock you’ll have access to many powerful
spells and abilities that are categorized down to 3
distinct talent trees and they are
Affliction, Demonology, and Destruction. Each of
the Warlock’s trees is vastly different from the
other one, and each is great for certain aspects of
the game. This is also why Warlock is my personal
favorite mage caster class.

3. While all Warlocks have access and are able to summon most of their
normal pets, Demonology Warlocks are more specialized in the field. All
of the Demonology talent abilities are aim to improve Warlock’s pet
damages, and as well as the other all survivability of the Warlock
themselves.
Generally speaking Demonology Warlocks are not the fastest leveling
spec for the Warlock, Affliction is. However, Demonology Warlocks are
not too far behind the Affliction Warlock in-terms of leveling speed, but
with added survivability to their build.

4. The Imp pet is going to be all
Warlocks’ first pet as soon as you
arrive in the world of Azeroth.
Although the Imp is small and cost
nothing to get, it is actually a very
powerful damage dealing pet. The
Imp is not good for tanking, but
they are great for adding extra DPS
to your already powerful spell
rotation.

5. Void Walkers are a blue energy
elemental looking pet which you
can purchase from your trainer at
level 8. Void Walkers are actually
the best tanking pet for the
Warlock with the most amount hit
points and agro holding abilities.
The only downside to this pet is
that it doesn’t deal a lot of
damages.

6. The pet you’ll receive after Void
Walker is Felguard. This pet is only
available to Demonology Warlocks
upon reaching level 10 and
choosing the Demonology tree as
your primary spec. Felguard is a
very powerful pet for the Warlock
capable of tanking much like the
Void Walker, but with a higher
DPS.

7. Up next is the Succubus pet which
you receive at level 20 from your
trainer. Succubus is a great pet for
crowd control since it has a lot of
skills that allows you to do that.
Apart from that though Succubus
doesn’t make the best tanking
pets, and they’re really just good
for PvP.

8. Finally at level 30 you’ll be able
to obtain the Felhunter pet
from your trainer. Felhunter pet
is great pet against caster mobs
that uses magic’s. They don’t
tank too well, but has the
ability to increase your party
memebers’ base mana pool as
well as mana regeneration, so
again ideal for raids and
dungeons.
