Ambattur organized a day with senior citizens of the Anandam Old Age home under
the banner Kuraiondrumillai as part of Naal Thorum Nalathu Seivom conducted on July
29.
The celebrations started with Harikeerthan by Shounak Maharaj and his group on
Vittal Pandurang, rendering the tradition of storytelling in their own unique way and
imbibing the positive vibration in senior citizens.
Krishnamurthy of YACD, Gopalapuram gave a welcome speech and praised Sri
Krishna Sweets M. Murali for introducing an innovative concept of spending more time
with senior citizens for a day and have food with them and also seek their blessings.
He welcomed and appreciated Chief Guest S. Rajeswaran (Justice, Retd) for gracing
the occasion and giving his consent to donate for the home.
Bhageerathy Ramamoorthy was also present in the event.
M. Murali (Managing Director of Sri Krishna Sweets) gave a memento to the chief
