•Work with the design team for architecting the DW and build dimensions and facts. Build different charts, graphs, dashboards.

•Implementation and support of CRM set up for New India Assurance, India’s leading General Insurance company, through Siebel Financial
Services Application. This involves the Sales, Service and Marketing part. Integration of Service module with IRDA and development of
internal change management system using Siebel CRM
•Led a Business Transformation project enabling Ingersoll Rand to achieve its first major milestone to eliminate 5 legacy systems at 31 Air
Solutions Centers in North America. The five legacy systems managing sales, orders, services and customers were replaced with Siebel as
one seamless integrated system
•Implemented Siebel applications for its sales related activities at Home Depot (US on-site assignment). The different service programs
offered at the store are part of the Siebel CRM applications.
•Implemented Siebel Server Synchronization for Exchange (SSSE) at Siemens to synchronize data stored in Microsoft Outlook instances and
the Siebel Sales Application.
•Upgraded Tata Motors’ Automotive and eDealer application from Siebel 7.5.3 to 7.8.2 including enhancement of Order Management
functionality
•Supported multiple workflow applications across different business units for JP Morgan Chase.
