Day 1: HCMC - Arrival
•After breakfast, we enjoy modern-day Ho Chi Minh City. Stop for a short visit to War
Remnants Museum which presents a partial, but riveting, view of the American War, as it
is known in Vietnam, and Reunification Palace, former residence of the Indochina
Governor General and later President of the Republic of Southern Vietnam until the fall of
Saigon in April 30, 1975. Continue with the Old Post Office, and the Notre Dame
Cathedral. Walk along Nguyen Hue street.
•In the afternoon, proceed to District 5 - China Town. Visit Thien Hau Pagoda, Fito
Chinese Medicine Museum.
•Optional: HO THI KY FLOWER MARKET AND STREET FOOD (16H00 – 18H00) After
city tour, you will drive to Ho Thi Ky Flower market, the biggest flower market in the city.
it’s also called Khmer market, famous for vendors selling both Cambodian and Vietnamese
cuisine. Take a cyclo (rickshaw) ride through the market, enjoy the beauty of hundreds of
flowers. And then you will walk and taste different kinds of food including: green papaya
salad, snail rice noodle soup, grilled beef on lemongrass stick, Banh Xeo – Pancake, crab
soup… Don’t forget to try some desserts: steamed pumpkin soup, Hue cake, Vietnamese

Day 2: HCMC – City tour – Ho Thi Ky flower Market
•After breakfast, check out your hotel and take 1.5 hours transfer to the Cu Chi Tunnels,
70km northwest of Ho Chi Minh City, created since 1948 to assist the Viet Minh to combat
the French. This is an underground city with living areas, kitchens, storage, weapon shops,
field hospitals and command centers. During the Vietnam War the entire area of Cu Chi was
designated a fire free zone and was heavily bombarded. From 1988, two sections of the
tunnels have been opened for visitors.
•After the visit, proceed to the airport for a flight to Danang. Upon landing, you’re greeted by
our guide and transfer to your hotel. Be free by poolside for the remainder of the day.

2. •After breakfast, you will be taken to Hoi An Ancient town. You have a walking tour to
visit the Ancient Hoi An: The Japanese covered bridge, Chinese Assembly Halls,
and some typical Vietnamese houses of 18th century.
•In the afternoon, gather at the Hai Scout Café in Hoi An’s old streets to meet the chef.
Visit a local market to buy the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
Board a boat for a leisurely cruise along the Thu Bon River to the Red Bridge
Cooking School. On arrival, explore the school’s herb and vegetable garden, before
learning about some of Hoi An and Vietnam’s well-known dishes, which are a mix of
Vietnamese and Chinese cuisines. The cooking lesson lasts about 2 hours– each dish
is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge’s chef before you prepare the same dish by
yourself. The class also contains a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carvings (plate
decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and taste what we have cooked. Then the
boat will take you back to Hoi An town.
•Return to Danang for overnight.
Day 4: Da Nang – Hoi An ancient town – joined cooking class
•After breakfast, you will head to Bana Cable Car station. You will you will admire the
high by the most modem cable car system in Southeast Asia. You will visit Dream
Stream Cable car Station. After finishing the first cable car, you will visit France wine
cellar, exploring the golden bridge (Winding its way around a 150-meter course lined
with flowers, a golden bridge shimmers against the Ba Na Hills, supported by a pair of
giant hands.). Linh Ung pagoda. You will see the panorama of Danang City.
•Have a Vietnamese buffet lunch.
•Explore King Peak at an altitude 1.487m, you can see panorama view of the Hana
Hills and Quang Nam - Da Nang on high. On the top of mountain have Linh Tu
Pagoda that is a special temple construction.
•Finish your visit by a return cable car transfer and our bus will transfer you back to the
hotel. Overnight in Danang.
Day 5: Da Nang – Bana Hills – Golden bridge – Giant hand
•Breakfast will be at your hotel and be free at leisure until drive to the airport for a flight
to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to
downtown.
•Check in your room and later on, stroll through Hanoi’s Old Quarter from Hang Be
market to Thanh Ha wet market. Along the way delicacies, strange food items and an
explanation of Vietnamese food practices will be given. These busy eclectic markets
are alive with the sights and sounds of Hanoi and are the essence of Vietnamese
culture. Continue through the streets of the Old Quarter to Dong Xuan market to
sample some local treats such as beef or chicken noodle (Pho), Bun Cha (Grilled
Pork with noodle). Your guide will explain the routine of Vietnam meal times and
indigenous/unusual ingredients eaten. Keep walking deeper to the inner of the Old
Quarter and its bustling 36 streets, stop at a famous dessert shop to taste “che” –
fresh fruit or bean is cooked with sugar, mixed with jelly and ice, or eat hot. Finish your
street food journey with a black or brown coffee in local style – strong and bitter – at
“rail-track road” or egg coffee – Vietnamese cappuccino at Dinh’s café. Overnight in
Hanoi.
Day 6: Da nang – Hanoi by flight – Old Quarter walking and
street food
3. •After breakfast, visit Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum (visit outside only because the it’s
closed for maintenance until August) before exploring his house on stilts and lush
garden. A short walk from the mausoleum is one of the great symbols of Hanoi, the
One Pillar Pagoda, a 11th-century wooden temple built on a single stone pillar in the
water. It was designed to resemble a blooming lotus. Pass by the Presidential Palace
to the West Lake where you will visit one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam named Tran
Quoc, meaning “protecting the country”.
•Lunch will be at a local restaurant.
•In the afternoon, visit the venerable Temple of Literature built in 1077 – Vietnam’s first
university. Continue with the Museum of Ethnology where display artifacts of 54
minority groups in Vietnam. Late afternoon, walk to the Old Quarter of Hanoi for a
cyclo ride around the Old Streets which were named after the specific goods once
offered for sale at these places. Stop at Hoan Kiem Lake to learn about legend of the
lake. The day ends with a Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 7: Hanoi City tour
•After breakfast, depart by road to Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Area of outstanding
natural beauty. Travel through the rich farmlands of the Delta of Red River and the
landscape of rice fields, water buffalo, the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Arrive in
Ha Long Bay and board your cruise.
•Arrive at the dock around noon and board your cruise. Savor a gourmet lunch of fresh
seafood onboard as we sail out into the mystical bay. In the afternoon, cruise around
some of Halong’s many islands, including Dinh Huong and Ga Choi. Along the way visit
one of the bay’s largest caves Stop at an island cove with a sheltered white-sand
beach and take a dip in the warm waters of the East Sea (weather permitting). Pass the
night on your cruise, lulled to sleep by the gentle rocking of calm waters.
Day 8: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Overnight on cruise
•Awake early and participate in Tai Chi on the top deck or simply relax and enjoy the
sunrise over the bay’s towering islands. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea, before
setting out to explore nearby islands by rowboat. Return to the junk for breakfast then
take advantage of the sundeck and admire the amazing rock formations of Bai Tu Long
Bay as you navigate back to Halong City. Have lunch on board the boat before
returning to Halong pier.
•Your driver will meet you at the dock and take you back to Hanoi.
Day 9: Halong Bay - Hanoi
•After breakfast, Rest of the day is free for your shopping at Hanoi Old Quarter until get
transferred to your departure flight.
