2. Phoenix Homes is an exclusive firm specialized in Turnkey Interior
Contracts and Building Contracts based in Kerala and catering to Clients
located in Dubai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The firm
under the able leadership of Mrs N S Deepa Kamakshi started in 2014 with
a vision to single handle and execute quality works meeting endusers
needs.

3. Process of execution:
Based on the client requirements, the firm prepares Building /
Interior Design Concepts through Architects and Designers. Thereafter a
detailed estimate with required specifications is prepared. Turnkey
interior works are directly executed by the firm while other building
works like RCC, Prefab are executed through subcontractors appointed
in consultation with the Client and under constant supervision. The firm
will take full responsibility for the project along with coordination with
allied services like MEP, HVAC etc and will always be the One point
contact for the Client.
For the Turnkey interior works, the firm along with the in-house or
External Architects execute A-Z works using high quality materials and
good workmanship.

4. About
Deepa Kamakshi N S - After a stretch of eight years with Godrej and
Boyce in Mumbai, Kamakshi relocated to Kerala and was associated with
a leading architect for some major projects. With her Engineering and
MBA skills, she could handle sufficient projects like Lulu Y Mall, Cyberpark,
Residencial Villas, Residential Apartments, Shopping malls, Educational
institutions, NBFC’s, Cafes and Auditoriums. With a 15 years expertise, she
set up Phoenix Homes to cater to make exquisite edifices and abodes.

6. Major Project Details:
1. For Athachi group, the firm was the PMC for the complete work of Farm House
around 35000 Sqft in Palakkad, Kerala. Along with PMC, we also executed the
interior works for the building. It included, Kitchen works, Wardrobe works, wall
paneling works, Steel Kitchen etc
2. The firm designed and executed the interiors of the residence of Mr. Raju
Subramaniam, CMD in Nurani, Palakkad, Kerala. The area spread was around
8000 Sqft which included five bedrooms, living rooms and kitchen. It was a
contemporary interior work with furniture finished with top class veneers,
laminates and latest finishing materials which costed around Rupees 60 lakhs.
3. Chairman s Office for Athachi Group, Kerala, involved complete design and
execution of the office space. The execution work included ceiling, carpentry,
electrical, HVAC and furniture. The value of the work amounted to Rupees 10
lakhs.
4. Façade design for Athachi Group, comprised of designing the external façade of an
Office space with ACP and glass. It was a renovation work to enrich the Groups’
new office premise.

7. 5. Office Space for M/s Thiruvithamkoor Nidhi Ltd, Thrissur, Kerala, It was a turnkey project which
included furnishing of complete office space of 4000 Sqft. The work was completed in a span of 1
month on a value of 40 lakhs.
6. Vanneri Auditorium which is located in the border of Thrissur and Malappuram, Kerala was one
of the major interior turnkey project which included, ceiling, carpentry, furniture, HVAC and MEP
works. The auditorium is 50,000 Sqft in area with four main halls and two dining halls.
7. Interiors of PKR residence in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu- We got an opportunity to complete the
interiors of a residence around 8500 sqft which included, interiors of master room, bar, kids room
etc all complete.
8. PK Das Mansion in Palakkad, Kerala is a residential project, where Phoenix Homes was the
designer and PMC for civil works and Interior Contractor. The team executed the complete
interior design and a major part of the work. The villa is around 18000 Sqft.
9. Kalyan smart bites is one of a kind project where Phoenix homes designed and executed the Café
in Thrissur.
Apart from the above mentioned, there are many projects the firm has executed which includes

restaurants etc. through out India.
