To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing in order to recommend Phillip Coogan for employment in any business
in the United States or abroad. Phil was my student while I was still teaching at the
University of Colorado Boulder. Based on my knowledge of him then and since, I
think that he is an excellent candidate for any position.
Phil was a thoughtful, interesting, and interested student. His written work was fine,
conscientiously prepared. His contributions to the many class discussions that we
had showed that he had excellent verbal facility. He obviously can work well with
others and would be a good part of a work-team.
I strongly recommend Philip Coogan for any position in the business world. I would
be happy to add any information that you care to have. My cell is 202—368-0945
and my best email address is: R.Widmann@cu.edu.
Sincerely yours,
