Vegas projects Warriors & Celtics to sit atop the NBA.
Je Sherman of the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook has revealed the projected win totals
for all 30 NBA teams in the 2018-19 season and to nobody's surprise, the two-time
defending champion Golden State Warriors are pegged to win more games than any team
in the league.
The Vegas sportsbook currently has the Warriors' over/under win total set at 62.5, followed
by the Boston Celtics at 57.5. Last season, the Cs finished with a 55-27 record despite
playing without All-Star forward Gordon Hayward for the entire season. The Houston

Rockets, who won an NBA-best 65 games last season, are projected at 54.5 wins, the same
total as the Philadelphia 76ers and Kawhi Leonard's new team, the Toronto Raptors. The
Oklahoma City Thunder, coming o a 48-win year, are also on pace to join the 50-win club,
as they are listed at 50.5.
Vegas sees LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers on pace with the Utah Jazz to win
48.5 in the upcoming season, slightly ahead of hopeful Western Conference playo teams
like the Denver Nuggets (47.5), New Orleans Pelicans (45.5) and Minnesota Timberwolves
(44.5). On the other end of the spectrum, aka teams that are expected to be fighting for the
#1 overall pick in the 2019 NBA Dra , we have the Atlanta Hawks (23.5), Sacramento Kings
(25.5), Chicago Bulls (27.5), Phoenix Suns (28.5), and New York Knicks (29.5).
