employees. We ask all our leaders each year to make this selection because
we want our key contributors to get this extra recognition.
To reinforce our view that your contribution makes a real difference we are
giving you the opportunity to receive not the normal one matching share but two
matching shares for each share that you buy through the Stock Purchase Plan
during the Contribution period from August 2010 until July 2011. Please see
more information in the link at the bottom of this letter.
This extra match is to back our judgment that you will continue to make a big
difference to our results over the next three years. And if the share price reflects
those results you will see a real reward. Even if you feel unable to take full
advantage of saving in the Stock Purchase Plan then we still want you to know

A prerequisite to benefit from this offer is that you have entered into a Stock Purchase Plan
Participation Agreement with the Ericsson Company employing you (or that you enter into such
agreement during the enrolment period in June) so that Contributions under the agreement can be
made during the Contribution period starting in August.
Further information about the Stock Purchase Plan and enrolment details, can be found at the
web site below. You can also contact your local plan administrator(s) (list is found at the web site
below). Please note that the CP number at the top of this page is/will be your account number
with our Global Plan Administrator, Computershare.
