It is my great pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Mr. Paul Cotter.
Paul was an employee of O’Loughlins Hotel as Bar Man from October 2009 to February 2015. During
this time, Paul reported directly to myself. At all times I found Paul to be an honest and hardworking
individual who carried out his duties to the highest possible standards. Paul’s attendance was close
to perfect and he enjoyed an excellent relationship with his colleagues and customers alike.
One of Paul’s strongest traits was his dedication to the business, and he would regularly make
himself available at short notice when required, as is the nature of this business. Paul also regularly
displayed great leadership and initiative when handling problems and issues which was greatly
impressive.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul for future employment and can confidently say
that wherever he works in the future will be very fortunate to have him. I expect Paul to have a
successful career in whatever direction he chooses to follow.
