To Whom It May Concern,
It is my pleasure to recommend in the strongest terms and without reservation Paul Blackketter.
Paul and I have worked together since 2009 when he led the effort to develop the world
class rowing facilities and public nature park at Nathan Benderson Park. Paul humbly and
capably led our group and communities toward the successful realization of a public-private
partnership that few thought was possible.
I have been in the sport of rowing for 45 years and held my current position for the past 23, but
Paul Blackketter has actually seen more of the rowing world than I have. I recently returned
from the Rio Olympic Games, where of course Paul was also. He was there observing, learning,
and reinforcing relationships, as always.
Working with Paul is a truly a pleasure and the outcome of every project I have ever been a
part of with him has ultimately succeeded.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
Sincerely,
Chip Davis
