 Lead the software transition from SLIM lease admin software to Lucernex lease admin software,
including testing, implementation, UAT, and data validation

 Analyze property financial statements at month end for Controller VP review and further
adjustments
 Analyze monthly P&L (Income) Statement for Controller and CFO review
 Review month-end and year-end trial balance for internal and PBC review
 Review and assist in independent third party (Deloitte, Nardella, and Tiger) audit in P&L and
balance sheet accounts, create top side adjustment as needed
 Review lease agreements for all U.S. and Canada properties for future month budgeting and
possible dispute resolution
 Mentor new associates on all real estate accounting procedures and SAP, SLIM, Lawson system
procedure to allow quicker adaptation into company culture
 Lead cross training between departments for better understanding of workflow and improved
performance
 Communicate with landlord on all leasing matters including payment dispute, lease renegotiation,
and new development lease

 Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable amounting to as high as $5M a month and
