synced between the Systems

Web (New). This indicates

While logging in we need to
choose an Account Mick will
be attached to.
In this case he belongs to The

After the login we can see

The Segment changed to
Feature1. And his Stage too.
The User Flow is detected
immediately.
Button clicks, sub page visits
or behavior based actions
will be tracked.
Create actions based on the
User interactions.
All events can be sent to your
desired applications. CRM,
Ticketing Software, CSM
Software
Predefined Rules can be set
and will change also the
Health Score during the
Customer Journey. As
interactions with different
Touchpoints will have varying
weighting.
In journy.io you can see the:
- 360 Customer Profile.
- Activity Feed
- User Flow

- Where the Data was sent to
