RESORT UPDATE
Renovations
It is with great excitement that we announce our multi-year
refurbishment project, which kicked off June 2016 and is
projected to run through 2018:
• The extensive renovations will provide Owners and Guests with
up-to-date, refined amenities and facilities for the best vacation
experience possible. The project includes refurbished interiors
of all elevator cabs, fresh interior paint, new tables, furniture,
decorative features and more.
• Other resort improvements include Wi-Fi availability at all
Atlantis restaurants.
Rules & Regulations
The Resort Vacation Ownership Unit Rules and Regulations were
amended to change the name “Starwood Vacation Network”
to “Vistana Signature Network.” You can view the amendment,
which is effective immediately, by accessing your Association’s
governing documents at vistana.com.
Local Events at Atlantis
With 21 restaurants and 19 bars at Atlantis Paradise Island, your
dining options are limitless. Some upcoming local events include:

THE WESTIN NANEA OCEAN
VILLAS, MAUI, HAWAI‘I
The development of this new oceanfront
resort along Ka‘anapali Beach continues, with
an anticipated May 2017 soft opening. Interior
finishes have progressed through wings 1–4 and
the framing of the public space interiors has begun
along the ground level of wings 3–4. The concrete
structure for wings 1–8 is now complete. Both
garages are under construction and the initial phase
of amenities and landscaping installation work has
begun. The first Owners are scheduled to arrive in
June 2017.
SHERATON STEAMBOAT RESORT
VILLAS, STEAMBOAT SPRINGS,
COLORADO
The east tower villa interiors have been
completed and the finishing touches are being
applied to the corridors and stairwells. These
villas are scheduled to be available in January
2017. Renovations have begun on the lobby and
public spaces, and the remaining west tower
hotel rooms are being converted to villas.
THE WESTIN DESERT WILLOW
VILLAS, PALM DESERT, CALIFORNIA
Building 9 and the new quiet pool opened
late summer 2016. Soon after, construction
on building 16 began, bringing the total
accommodations to 194 two-bedroom lockoff
villas. Owners should expect to use building 16 by
mid–2017. The design has also begun on buildings
7 and 15, as well as the amenity area that will
include a new pool. Building 15 and the pool are
scheduled to be available to Owners in late 2018.
THE WESTIN ST. JOHN RESORT
VILLAS, ST. JOHN, US VIRGIN
ISLANDS
The conversion of the remaining hotel guestrooms
to villas continues for the Sunset Bay Villas.
Construction of the first phase (buildings 14, 15
and 16) is progressing, including drywall, tile and
millwork installation. This first phase of units will
be available for Owner occupancy in January 2017.
Construction for the second phase (buildings 10,
11 and 12) is scheduled to begin late 2016, with
Owner occupancy anticipated for January 2018.
