references. Then, putting thoughts together and organizing them in the outline. Making introduction, stating the thesis, supporting text body and
concluding the paper. Paying attention to detail and patience in this step does make it easier for me further in the process.
Write
I enjoy this step the most. When following the outline, I complete this stage with minimal writer's block. The resources provide thoughts and all the
prep creates an easy flow. I usually put on a nice music, old R&B is my choice, and try to have fun with it. I think the attitude at this stage somehow
resonates in my writing and readers can sense it reading your work. Few things I keep in mind; to be as clear and as specific as possible; making
words count; sticking with the facts; structure sentences at this stage to lessen revising later; trying to connect with readers. When complete, I put the

how busy their schedule is. Not only is this an important step to a successful relationship, but it lets your partner know that they are important. Making
sure that you never stop showing your partner the love you have towards them is the fourth step that is also extremely important. Many long–term
relationships tend to fall apart as time goes by due to partners having a lack of interest. Doing small things to let them know you still care is definitely

12 Step Group Observation Report
The 12 Step Program I attended was put on by USF group 164, held on July 8, 2015 at 7:00p.m. Location of meeting was at 12850 North 50th
Street, Chapel Center in Temple Terrace, Tampa, Florida. The group leader was named BoB L. There were 12 participants that evening and several
guests, a room full. I along with two other students were introduced to the group as student nurses, and we were welcomed with open arms. The group
was very inviting and warm. People seemed happy, friendly and in good spirits. The length of the meeting was an hour and it closed with participants

Step 12: Having a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we try to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our
affairs (Alcoholics Anonymous. 2012). What I learned about recovery and relapse is that it can happen at any time and some people know what
triggers their relapse while others have no idea, thinking it's just genetics. It is an everyday struggle for the addict, it doesn't go away with time.
There is no cure for addiction, only everyday step by step treatment and leaning on one another for support. I learned that sponsorship works with one
alcoholic helping another by listening and vouching for the newer alcoholic. The sponsor has been sharing their story and helping others through their
own addiction over time. Sponsorship has some responsibility but the alcoholic that they sponsor takes the accountability. The sponsor is not only a
person to guide the member through the AA program, but to also be there to listen. Being able to rely on a sympathetic ear can be particularly
important when the individual feels on the verge of relapse ( A. Darwin, 2014). Hearing the story of Bob made me think how I could help others. I
