During normal operation, oil can be recovered in a specific container and
possibly reintroduced into the production cycle after the solid residue has
been filtered out.
The number of cells, which are arranged on several levels, can vary depending
on the total capacity of the plant established during the planning stage: this
is a modular plant, which can be easily built in different sizes. The inside of the
purifier is widely accessible through several inspection hatches and doors, all
of which have accident-prevention safety switches.
It is necessary to start with correct air capture.
Once the aerosol is captured, it is sent to a precipitator for abatement: an electrostatic filter system channeled to collect the
effluent from different machines into a single main reservoir.
This specific type of filter is selected for its high efficiency oily mist abatement, reduced load losses, and the self-cleaning
effect that results from the oily layer dripping from the collection plates.
To limit deposits in channels as much as possible, it is necessary to keep transfer speeds relatively high, and also to construct
the main reservoir with a slope so that the condensates will flow towards one end.

PURIFIER HAS SEVERAL ALUMINIUM
FILTER CELLS ARRANGED PARALLEL INSIDE A METAL
PLENUM WITH A HOPPER BOTTOM. IT IS EQUIPPED
WITH A SHUTTER GATE FOR RECOVERING DROPLETS
OF FLUIDS.
