Carriage Services proudly spon-
sored David McNally at tlie NFDA
POE luncheon. McNally, a motiva-
tional speaker for more than 20
years, best-selling author and
award-winning film producer, pro-
vided the audience with guidance,
strategies and the inspiration neces-
sary to thrive in their professional
lives.
The atrdience appeared to soar
while listening to McNally tell the
story of Terry Fox's heroic
marathon run across Canada with
only one leg, due to cancer. "He had
a purpose; I didn't,' McNally
claimed, From that point, McNally realized he needed to find the missing
piece and was inspired to produce his first hlm, The Power of Purpose.
"The purpose of a business is to create and keep customers-without
them, nothing else is," McNally explained.
McNally concluded his presentation with a powerfirl story about a moth-
er eagle that encou¡aged her young to discover their purpose by flying.
"The push was the greatest gift she had to oÍfer," Mclr{ally stated.
