1. Does doctor’s (inpatient) discharge message reaches all the concerned persons like discharge
summary and final bill preparer immediately?
2. Can you have track this? (Accountability / system & process).
3. How long will it take to prepare inpatient final bill from the moment the doctor announced
discharge for the patient? (User friendliness)
4. Does it take more time to prepare a discharge summary?
If not, doctor announces discharge at 09.00 AM and patient creates a scene at around noon as
he is not able to leave the hospital as final bill and discharge summary is not ready.
